As Director of Operations, PA, Jim brings exceptional guest service skills to the group’s daily functions on a multi-restaurant level in the regional market. He oversees five restaurants with 500 employees and assists in the guidance and direction of the overall goals for the restaurant group’s continued success. He will work closely with Chris Webb, Director of Operations, PA, and report directly to Jim Fris, Chief Operating Officer.
Jim’s diverse experience in food service management has produced outstanding results from past and present operations. Before coming on-board with P.J.W. Restaurant Group, hehandled over $20 million in annual sales for the Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group as Regional Operations Director. This nearly decade-long position involved Jim working directly with an Executive Team, in conjunction with Human Resources. He managed six Red Robin restaurant locations while overseeing more than 35 high-level management positions and nearly 700 hourly employees.

Prior to his experience at Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, Jim worked as a General Manager at The Knight House of Doylestown, PA where he, in addition to management, was responsible for consulting on rebranding and positioning. Jim’s experience includes ownership roles as well. In 2006, he owned and sold Bucks County Gourmet with all staff retained. His experience also extends to Outback Steakhouse in Wayne, PA, where he was named Managing Partner of the Year 2003 for the entire company among other numerous awards for his charitable work.
Jim lives in Ivyland, PA with his two sons.
